Re: Private easement
I recommend you get a GOOD real estate attorney that has experience with adverse possession cases. This area of real estate law is very challenging and the fact they have had access for quite some time is concerning. Wish you the best on this. Also, the longer they string the case out, the better th...

P238 & Colt Mustang
Looking for an IWB tuckable holster for my Colt Mustang. I'm a lefty an considering the Galco Tuck-n-go for the P238. They do not make one for the Mustang and some say the one for the P238 will work. Some say it won't. Can't find one locally to try it for myself. Anyone know if it will work? Thanks

Re: USAA and 30.06
One suggestion... when comparing insurance coverage, don't look at premium and deductible only. The provisions of policies are not identical and can vary widely. Moreover, there are policy differences between insurance companies, which although they should be strictly according to the language of t...

Yep, me too.
We have neighbors that are losing their waterwells. The waterwell drillers are getting busy. We keep praying for rain and that our well holds out.

Re: USAA and 30.06
USAA historically has offered very good service, does a super job of marketing their brand and "exclusive member" oriented business model. As someone that competes with them on a regular basis, we find we can be very competitive in pricing, service and coverage in many given situations. We...

Re: Gun Insurance....worth it ot not?
Depending on the total value of your gun collection, $190 may be a fair price. Most carriers use their own policy forms so we cannot say anything definitively about your specific policy without seeing it. I am curious to know more about the limit of additional insurance up to half the value of your ...

I really like the Android phone app idea. Hope you are able to find someone to help with it. I would but don't know the first thing about it.

Re: "Off Limits" locations for CHL's
A lease is a private contract and binding between two parties. Even with verbal approval, I would ask that it be stricken from the lease before signing it myself. That way there is no question if something happens and the lessor decides to terminate the lease on you because of the violation. I woul...

Jumping Frog, You are right, they are still working when I use my laptop. Unfortunately, I was trying to access the videos the other day from my Android smartphone, it may not be so smart after all, and the links weren't working.
Thanks!
