Re: Cities improperly posting 30.06 signs?
Ah ok, so the thread is covering city government buildings. I Wasn't sure if it was government or just random places around the city.
Thanks for clearing that up. I don't go to many city buildings so I've never really thought about it.

Re: Cities improperly posting 30.06 signs?
Just curious, what would qualify a sign as improperly posted? Other than the whole size thing and being hidden or not conspicuously placed.
What qualifies a sign for posting in this thread? I'm brand new to CC and have been searching the front of buildings before entering so far lol.

The way these people think Is "why do you need guns? Just hire (trained) people with guns". We commoners aren't allowed to protect ourselves like the Hollywood elite.

Guaranteed he'll keep his job. I respect LEOs, but my god there are so many idiots on the force. They should be held to am extremely high accountability, especially with crap like this. Even if the guy or anyone else really was stealing candy, is that reason enough to draw down on the person? Potent...

Re: Probably a stupid question
I know recently here in tx, they passed campus carry. I wondered if that extended to all schools or just college campuses. Only public colleges and universities and private universities that chose to allow carry. But there are areas that can be off-limits. Here is a good article that explains a lot...

It'll get there bubba, it takes some time. I was getting impatient, my progress bars took almost 2 weeks to show up. Took 3 weeks total to get mine.

Re: First full day of carrying
Congrats! I carry in SG holsters (Kahr PM9 and Kimber Ultra Carry). I bet you’ll like it. Very comfortable. I figure I’m concealed if it doesn’t look like a gun. The little Kahr disappears. The Kimber’s grip is full size, and there might be times it influences the shape of my shirt. Nobody notices....

Re: First full day of carrying
Congrats. As you note a slight print may seems blatantly obvious to you, but 99.9% of folks will never notice. As for the new clothes comment, have you gotten yourself a good purpose built gun belt? That makes all the difference in the world. Before you know it it’ll be a part of your daily routine...

First full day of carrying
I got my license out of the mail yesterday after I got home from work, so I decided it was a good time to go out for a walk around a few places. I despise Wal-Mart and refuse to go most of the time. I did however go to academy, Cabelas, and kroger. I'm still waiting on my stealthgear holster to show...
