I don't take deposits but I do require online registration and I send e-mail reminders. Our no-show rate is 20 percent on the average. If they "no-show" and try to sign up for a later class I require full payment in advance. Once they have an investment made they usually show.

At the rate the State is rejecting ink prints, they can basicly make it mandnatory without putting it in writing. Our reject percentage has gone from about 3% two years ago to 73% as of late. We gave up and are sending everyone to fastprint.
