Re: Shooting at Car Thieves

The way I see it, shooting at car thieves would have to be worth all the possible legal implications and costs associated with it. Material things can be replaced (that's what insurance is for). My freedom is not worth what it would possible cost me if I shot (and possible killed) car thieves and/or...

SOLD: Bravo Concealment RTT Holster and Single Mag Pouch for Glock 9mm/.40S&W

Thinning out the holster herd some. Selling a Bravo Concealment RTT Holster (0° cant) in I believe FDE for a Glock 17/22 along with a single mag pouch for use with 1.5" belt loops. The holster has some scratches around the top of the slide area that are visible in the pictures. I'll see if they...

Re: ammo on sale

I went to the Walmarts on Oakmont (Hulen?) and McCart (Altamesa) and found no Blazer Brass for .45 ACP. Also hit up the Academy in Burleson and found no Black Label Blazer Brass in .45 ACP.

Anyone know of any Walmarts that have Blazer Brass in stock?

SOLD: Factory Glock Night Sights

Any interest in this? They are still on the gun but I'll probably be replacing them next weekend. They are off of my recently purchased "new" Glock 19 Summer Special. I believe these were only made last summer so they shouldn't be any older than a year old. Only replacing them as I want to...

Re: owb holster for 1911

The holster is about old enough to vote. It's had some hard use and is just worn out. I'd buy another one but Safariland no longer makes that exact holster. Ahh... What's different about it? I like mine but the ALS is a little hard to manipulate without hitting the safety off. Other than that I lov...

Re: owb holster for 1911

Just my personal preference but I like Kydex over leather (although I've only owned a couple of IWB leather holsters before but didn't care for them). Kydex is more rigid and allows for better retention and reholstering (something that the two leather IWB holsters I had were not good at). Also Kydex...

Re: Pictures Of Your Daily Carry

I've gone full circle on my carry guns. Started off with a Glock 19 over twenty years ago. Then I transitioned to .40 S&W Glocks with a 22,23, and 27. Sold those and moved onto a few different 1911's adding a Glock 21 to the rotation a couple of years ago. This year I took my first training clas...
