$40 is not enough money to risk the legal expenses associated with defending myself from possible criminal charges. The cost/benefit analysis does not favor shooting an unarmed thief.

These policies are all about wealth transfer. I don't work to support people outside of my family. Maybe these people with bad credit need to fix their own problems.

These are very sad cases, and the shooters are going to learn the hard lesson that they are accountable and responsible for every round they fire.

My concern is optics. Once he starts fleeing, am I still in danger? More importantly, how will a jury of my peers view my actions? While robbing you, you can blast away. However, its the turning and fleeing part.

Their logic is nonsense. To be inclusive, they have to exclude certain groups.
