Re: Administrative Code

I have always understood that to mean range facilities, so that they can, if required, verify the proper distances.

Re: 2019 New LTC Processing Timeline...

So what has changed to make a process that used to be quick and easy become a slow bureaucratic nightmare again? The difference is load. Sometimes they are hit with thousands more applications than normal, and don't have the staff to handle it. Right now there is a surge going on, caused by several...

Re: .22 pistol choices

Walther makes a licensed copy of a Colt 1911 in .22 (not a conversion). It comes with a threaded barrel, and racks like a real gun. It loads and shoots everything except CCI Quiet, and is at least as accurate as a Ruger. It accepts standard grips from a 1911.

Why Red Flag laws are unconstitutional

Judge Napolitano makes a very clear case why Red Flag laws are unconstitutional. Good historical background.

It's about time somebody came out. These guys are soft Communists, and are trying to change America into Kalifornia.

Re: Residential Security Door Suggestions?

Easiest way: get brackets from Amazon to mount on both sides of the door, and drop a piece of 2x4 across the door. You'll have to relieve the moulding and paint a little. Use 3 inch screws to get deep into the studs on either side of the door. This is very strong, probably stronger than any type of ...

Due to punitive charges, that amount has now been raised to $44 M, although that will likely be appealed. Finally, Social Justice loses out to Justice.

Re: NRA CCW Instructor class

In any case, instructors in Texas could not certify someone for an LTC unless said instructor was certified by DPS. In many states, CCW instructors are not certified by their states, but just have to be pistol instructors, either NRA or LEO. The LTC class could not have anything removed from it, onl...

Re: Stamp honoring WW1 soldiers, doughboy has no rifle.

There are snowflakes everywhere. Another reason they should not have eliminated the draft. I admit that I might not have enlisted, were it not for the draft, as I was starting a career, but I would have missed a life-changing experience. The majority of men under 40 have probably missed that experie...

Re: John Lott: The folly of "red flag" gun laws

Red Flag laws also have the "extremely important" benefit of allowing politicians to demonstrate to snowflakes that they are actually doing something about gun violence. After all, all the gun laws (and then some) that might actually stop criminals are already in place, and have been for d...

Without the EC, the President would be selected by CA, NY, and FL. No one elses vote would matter. The Communists know this.

I like Whataburger, but, after all, they restrict OC, but are too sleazy to post 30.07. They want to appear pro-gun, but are willing to embarrass people who OC.
