Re: Why Country Stars Need to Sound Off on Gun Control at the CMA Awards

There is no one more hypocritical that anti-gun Country singer.

How many avoid doing buisness with those who respect rights?

I'm thinking that the number of anti-gunners who avoid businesses for not posting is far less than pro-gunners who avoid businesses that do. I'm also thinking that few are boycotting businesses for not dropping their NRA discounts or still selling long guns to those 18 to 20. In my humble opinion, b...

Charter Arms Pitbull 45 ACP

Just picked one up and shot it yesterday with 230 grain FMJ's. I would describe it as "Magnum lite" due to a bit less noise and recoil while still being satisfying. It would be a great option for someone who wants a bit more "oomph" but not too much. The only issues I had was a b...

You might have a point if I'm the only one who had reservations about it. Perhaps their production can only keep pace with demand from those who aren't concerned.

Buying inexpensive and "mouse"guns just for the fun of it

My earlier gun purchases were Glocks, Rugers, Smith and Wessons, and a Remington, but lately I've enjoyed some inexpensive purchases as "range toys" such as a Phoenix Arms HP25, Taurus PT22, Kel-Tec P32, and NAA minis, all of which have been reliable and fun to shoot, and they have given m...

In my humble opinion, violating a gun law in order to stop a greater crime should be "cancelled out".

I couldn't agree more. No one who enjoys armed protection has the moral right to dictate what the rest may have.

Re: Dems introduce bill banning semi-autos

I hope I don't come across as uncaring, but none of us here had anything to do with Parkland, Vegas, etc., and we should not lose a single right as a result.

Re: Deputy Scot Peterson

If my job in the private sector provided for me to retire with 75% income for life by my current age of 58, I'd be pretty "chill", and I can also see why it would discourage someone from wanting to go above and beyond.

Re: Kroger won't sell guns to anyone under 21

To me, this seems like a silly thing for Kroger to do given that firearm sales are a tiny portion of their business while risking angering many grocery customers who didn't even realize they sold them and who appreciated them for standing up to Moms Demand Action a few years ago.

Re: I want to keep my guns.

I also want to see an end to mass shootings, school massacres and suicides. What is the common thread? Declining mental health. I don't think we have a gun problem but a mental health problem. An untended consequence I see is gun owners being unwilling to seek help for mental issues out of fear of ...

Re: I want to keep my guns.

Call me insensitive, but as responsible and law-abiding AR-15 owner who got my CHL 7 years ago, I had nothing to do with this tragedy and should not be punished in any way for it.
