Just had the same happen for me..."Application Completed - license issued or certificate active" this morning. I was having a hard time waking up...now I'm having a hard time sitting down!

Crapshoot, that bit of the story jumped out at me, as well. It almost sounds like she was less concerned for her child and more concerned about her potential meal ticket. Of course, I don't trust reporters to accurately record/report what was really said, but if she *did* say that or anything remote...

Am on day 112 (since packet received in Austin) and 77 since status changed.
