(SOLD) FS: Bersa Thunder 380 (SOLD)
For Sale: Used Bersa Thunder 380. Has about 300 rounds through it with no problems. Only reason selling is my wife wants to upgrade to 9mm and would like to use the funds to purchase the new gun (anyone have a Kahr CM9 for sale?) Asking $225, FTF with CHL. I am a member of PSC Shooting Club and can ...

Re: Garage door repair
About 6 years ago I used Bay Area Overhead Door Company, 3118 FM 528, Webster. 281-992-3415. According to my receipt it was $135 to replace both springs and I was very pleased with the service.

Re: Drywall Re-Texturing (Houston)
If no one on the forum wants to do this personally, does anyone have any recommendations for someone to do the job? I'd much rather get someone on a recommendation than just picking up the phone and calling advertised contractors. Any help would be appreciated!

Drywall Re-Texturing (Houston)
We are looking for someone who wants to earn some extra money and does a good job on drywall. A little background, about 6 years ago we got someone to re-texture 1/2 of our house with the intention of doing the other 1/2 soon after that. Unfortunately he moved and we never finished what we started.....

Re: And the biggest tipper award goes to..
One of the disadvantages of using a debit card is that the initial authorization takes the amount before the tip immediately. We had a restaurant ring up the wrong bill with our debit card and she swore it wouldn't go through because they hadn't closed it out... but when we got home it had indeed go...

Re: Kimber Solo Chrony Data
It is good to hear a good report for the Solo. Saw one at the gun show several months ago and 3 out of 3 of us (father, wife, and myself) liked the way it felt as a small CCW. If you don't mind me asking, where did you purchase it?

Re: For those of you with a lead foot
Interesting side note on this topic... I recently read an article in the paper that 2010 had the fewest highway deaths (32,788) in 60 years. http://online.wsj.com/article_email/SB10001424052748703712504576236311034853354-lMyQjAxMTAxMDAwNzEwNDcyWj.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);retur...

WTB: Used Shot Timer
Looking for someone that has a shot timer that they no longer are using and would like to get rid. One of the main features I'm looking for is a random or delay function for self starting.

Re: IDPA @ PSC this Saturday 3/26/2011
Can you post a link for the national Novice results ? Also, at the PSC, there are usually 6 stages, the proper way to compare is if the stages are the same ? BAT :headscratch http://www.idpapostalmatch.com/home_files/2010-10-15.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; http://tex...

Re: IDPA @ PSC this Saturday 3/26/2011
I compared my last month "Unclassified" results with the national Postal matches using the "Novice" classification... and my standings improved quite a bit. Seems to me that some of you that are shooting as "Unclassified" need to get ranked so I don't feel like such a t...

Re: What causes failure to fire?
Just last week I had a Failure to Fire with 9mm WWB. The primer went off... but nothing happened (sounded like "pfft" with a little smoke.) This was with my Glock 19 that has had 2000-3000 rounds through it with never a problem. I wouldn't call that a failure to fire, sounds like defectiv...

They aren't training wheels...... If you put a quarter in, it makes engine noise's and moves up and down... You know its like the horse outside the grocery store when you were growing up.. I just have one in my garage! I need to get some of those for rainy days... just set the shop fan in the front...
