Online app done - 03/01/2018 Fingerprints done - 03/29/2018 LTC cert submitted - 04/05/2018 Still haven’t received any emails and DPS website doesn’t say anything. Not sure where I am in the black hole. Update: received email documents were received 04/12/2018 Update: finally showing up on website....

You have to list yourself as unemployed for the time missing. Just pick a date more than 5 years back. Example: unemployed 01/01/2010-07/01/2013.

I wasn’t trying to be sarcastic, I was letting you know exactly where you can see all the charges that fall under 411.1711. Believe it or not there are people out there that would not know this.

You cannot have any class A misdemeanor deferred adjudication in Texas within the past 5 years I promise. You cannot get a true set aside on a deferred adjudication. Any alcohol/drug treatment that an applicant self-reports is denied within a 5 year timeframe by medical advisory board.
