Did you happen to notice if they had powder or primers? :bigear: I might try to go on Sunday.

How many magazines ?

I was just reading the how many .223 rounds is enough thread and was wondering how many loaded magazines do you have laying around. I have 8 for my ar-15 and 3 for each of my handguns.

Re: Scale ?

Thanks for the input everyone. I am leaning towards the Dillon balance beam scale. I think it is probably as well built as my new RL550B press.

Scale ?

Just got my press in and now i am in the market for a scale. I would love to hear all opinions on the subject and a search on scales was not helpful. What are the pros and cons of a mechanical scale vs a digital scale? :bigear: Mike

Re: WTB Ruger Mini 14 mags

I think most of the Academy's are selling them now. I know i just saw them at the I-45 and edgebrook store. I didn't see the price on them. I was also surprised to see ak-47 and ar-15 mags.

Re: ammo on sale

I went to Academy in League City today and they were loaded up on all sizes of ammo. Prices still up there, but at least you can get it. WWB 9mm ~$22.00 Did you happen to see what they wanted for WWB 45 in 100 count boxes? I have a new child that needs to be fed  . The Academy on 45 and ed...

Re: 10 Ring in Cypress

Donald, I went there today on lunch and bought some large rifle magnum primers. I don't know what they are going for elsewhere, but I paid $30 + tax. Since I don't price these items anywhere else first, I have no clue if that is a fair price or not. If I look at having them shipped, the hazardous m...

Winchester Autocomp

I was just wondering if anyone has tried Autocomp. I plan on reloading 9mm, .40 s&w and .45acp and this powder seems like a good choice to start with. It seems to be a new powder as there is no data for it in the Hornady reloading book that i have. I will actually be reloading .45acp first, till...

Re: 10 Ring in Cypress

I think we were there from about 1:00 - 2:00pm then we went over to Pruett's gun shop. It was too crowded to walk around in there.

10 Ring in Cypress

My brother and i stopped by 10 Ring in Cypress yesterday http://www.10ring.com and found some of the friendliest and informative people there. They were extremely helpful to us two new reloaders. Even a few customers took time to share their knowledge. I would highly recommend them to any new reload...
