All references in 1927 remove the "belt or shoulder" language from "holster", making ankle holsters legal open carry (if it passes).
Thank goodness. Do you know how hard it is to find a belt holster to go with my Speedo?

Re: TX: all our wind turbines are obsolete

I would guess that these models wouldn’t have to rotate to face the wind like the more traditional units.

As to being obsolete, it’s all part of the process. It was/is only a matter of time before newer and better technology replaces those already in the field.

Re: Looking for a new holster and belt for G19 EDC

For a quick off the shelf option I like the Magpul Tejas El Original belt. It has a grippy backing that holds on to holster buckles to keep them in place pretty well. It’s also very supportive. I wear one every day to work and otherwise. Often times without a gun/holster and it works just fine as an...

WTS/WTT - .44 Mag brass, approx. 600 cases (Fort Worth area)

Received as part of a trade. 500 cases in MTM or other boxes (boxes included) along with a ziplock of probably another 100+ cases. I have no need for any of this and have no idea of the value. If you’re looking for some make an offer, either $ or trade items. This is more about me passing this on vs...

Re: New postings 06/07 signs

After looking at the new entries it appears that one of the Mods is adding a lot of previously unidentified locations in SA. I’ve seen the same Mod do this for other areas. Not sure if he’s using Google Streetview to verify or if he does this as he’s out and about around the state.

Re: New postings 06/07 signs

Maybe more people are using/contributing to the app? Which if true would stand to reason that more members would result in better reporting/coverage of an area. As Jusme noted I haven’t seen any increase in the numbers of places posted, but I did notice a huge influx of new members on the app. Maybe...

Re: Pistol red dot

Your “shake awake” and solar criteria means you’re mostly stuck with the Holosun offerings. There may be a few other off-brand red dots with these features, but none of your other big names are offering these in combo.

This one started out as a rifle, but was converted to SBR configuration in early 2017.
