It does not help accuracy much. I figure perhaps +/- .01 MOA. Definitely drops recoil by at least 1/16oz. Helps reduce flinching for sure. I'll have to do a study, but it may even help with fertility. I also sport some tactical facial hair, though I do not let it grow long enough to twist like that....
