Believe it or not their BBQ brisket tacos are great. They also have good coffee.

I liked Rudy's for being open carry friendly, good food and we had plenty of quiet space that we could visit in.

Another consideration about popular "breakfast places" is they are probably all really busy on Saturday morning and won't like us taking up space visiting if customers are waiting to be seated.

I have no issue going almost anywhere in DFW I just thought if we could get a more central location like DFW airport area, more people could make it. I'm just not familiar with breakfast/lunch locations in that area.

South Arlington was great from my perspective, but I wanted to get as many people involved as possible.

We can have an East/ West, North/South plan with two different locations, and a semi annual meetup with everyone. I just don't want it to die out. I know that DFW encompasses a large area, and I don't want some to have to do all of the driving. We had folks from a wide area last time, but distance was a problem for some. My particular experiences with working in the DFW area, has made me immune to distance for the most part, but I realize that is not the case for everyone. I was just hoping someone else would make suggestions, and even if it requires more than one location, with a face time call, to connect, I'm in.

That will work for me, Saturday morning traffic isn't too bad. I'm somewhat familiar with the area.

If others have places they would rather go, maybe closer to DFW airport to kind of centralize things for more people, go ahead and post them. I enjoyed our first meet up, and don't have a problem driving a little further, to do it again.

Thanks to Rudy's for the great food and location where we were able to meet, talk and laugh. Some were OC some were CC and no one had an issue.
Looking forward to our next meetup and hoping to have even more at the next one.

Just wanted, to bump this back up, in case some may have missed it, and to remind everyone else about the meet-up in the morning.
I called Rudy's this morning, they have a banquet room, it is reserved on Saturday mornings, but I was assured that there would be plenty of tables available, for our group.

Looking forward to tomorrow morning, and being able to put names and faces, to the members here!!
