They are handled by Probation Officers, not regular LEO's. It is up to them to followup on any alarms, and they do not have the time to do it (effectively) with their case loads.

Update: Mailed on Friday 08/16/2013 and 4 days later i still dont have it.. I would think mail anywhere in TX is 2-3 days :cryin C'mon post office!
