Re: Manager at Texas Whataburger denies service to detective because of his gun
A right is a possessed power of a freedom to do or freedom from.
Police have no more rights than any other person in this country. Nor should they refer to us as civilians, as they are themselves.
What they have are specified delegated authorities to perform the functions of their assigned tasks.

Carrying inside a school or at a school-sponsored activity without written permission is a 3rd degree felony. The ramifications of a felony conviction are well known and will be devastating to both the felon and his/her family. I just finished final proofreading of two of my bills. One would remove...

Re: In n Out Burger VS Whataburger
Determining the best burger is a personal decision and the debate will go on just as long as :thewave the glock vs 1911 debate. I very much like Whataburger. I do like In n Out and will eat them if the opportunity arises. Steak and Shake is right up there too. The best burgers are the gourmet burge...

Re: LTC Renewal
I submitted my renewal about 2 weeks ago. Shows fingerprints and background under review for the last few days. The wait never gets easier, does it? Why so anxious about the wait on a renewal? Unless you waited and waited to renew, then in that case, you are just waiting some more due to your actio...
