DFW Skeet?

a friend of mine shoots skeet down near Beaumont and I'd love to find a place near DFW to shoot skeet.

anybody know of a place?

I'm S of FTW but will drive.

South of Fort Worth is where you wanna be! Alpine range is in the Everman area.

Went out to Alpine Range this past sunday and had a great time shooting trap!

It was hot as all get out but had a good time!

as in AR15? I didn't see any out there but we were going to have one with us sunday except the owner back out :roll:

I know they had rifles that were much larger caliber then the AR out there.

Alpine is black gun friendly. A guy was shooting a match grade DPMS with a 20something inch stainless barrel. Wasn't the most aware individual, and I don't think he quite understood what "range safety" really was....but he was shooting. Oh well.....

Then there was a guy who was honestly just getting acquainted with his black gun, hadn't shot it much, we spoke a bit, he ended up leaving before me.
