Lonestar Handgun

#1

Post by jb2012 »

I went and visited Lonestar Handgun in Converse about two weeks ago, and really have nothing but positive things to say. I rented a tac bay for me and my girlfriend, so that 1. I could teach her in a comfortable environment, without someone right in my ear doing mag dumps while I’m trying to talk her through the process, 2. I could work moving drills, and draw from a holster. This was absolutely perfect and she was able to learn and pick up much more in a much more comfortable environment. Everything is very well taken care of, and I never saw broken equipment. Staff was very kind and there weren’t any crazy RSO’s yelling at anyone ever. Lonestar has steel targets!! This was huge for me. In the tac bay you are limited to paper targets however, they do have a dedicated steel bay for rental, as well as steel targets to shoot on their regular range.
Needless to say I’ll be back.

Yep, like Lonestar. Don't get out there as much as I'd like.
