And that is the reason I carry EVERY SINGLE MORNING when I go for my jaunt through the park. Passed 3 classes in 4 years. 0.13 GPA and he ranks in the top half of his class. No wonder Baltimore is in trouble. In Houston, I have personally seen with my own eyes an entire High School class including the teacher asleep in class during the day.
