One car ran a red light, a homeless pedestrian was also believed to have been killed. Hard to get up a lot of speed downtown what with all the lights, but I guess if your running them.

Happened in Houston, but I find out about it from foreign press as it is the wrong narrative for American press.
That's crazy that they were trying to set bond that low.

Where you got murdered in the Houston area in 2023 . 450 in 2023 down 20% since 2022. Still higher than pre Covid. 350 murdered in Houston City limits.
