Seems he has quickly reached his goal.

https://www.foxnews.com/us/arizona-ranc ... nse-claims

Read the whole story here. This is insane. There is no way he should have been charged. They have no evidence that he even fired the fatal bullet.

He called border patrol, and they came out, he reported that a group of men with AK-47's carrying large back packs and in camo were on his property and had fire at least one shot. He said he fired warning shots over their heads to get them away from his house. He was on his porch. He later went out with his dogs and they discovered the body in a remote location from the house. He called border patrol again. Man was in camo and had heavy boots on. Who ever shot him took his weapon most likely.

The America is upside down.

Out of jail on 1 million dollar bond. Judge change bond from cash to Security. Put his ranch up.

Arizona rancher George Alan Kelly's murder charge downgraded to second-degree in shooting of Mexican migrant

https://www.foxnews.com/us/arizona-ranc ... exican-man

Mexican nationals lining up to be witnesses and testify that he shot at them as well.

Cartels in Mexico also want the rancher convicted, apparently helpful for their business.

This is appalling. Almost like a burglar saying they felt like they were being hunted:
Kelly also faces two counts of aggravated assault against the two migrants who came forward and said they would testify. Prosecutors have said even though the men were not hit, one said they "felt like they were being hunted."
Being hunted by a 73 year old man on his own property??? Sounds pretty far fetched. Shouldn't they be arrested?

73 yo man shoots and kills illegal trespassing on his ranch near the border.

Charged with murder. Judge sets bail at $1 million.

Wife now on ranch by herself.

Was there something called the three “S’s”?

Mistrial declared.

7 innocent 1 guilty. No word whether liberal DA will try him again or whether judge will release him.

Hopefully the DA will realize it is hopeless to try again for a bogus conviction.

I just thought I would point out that Brandon Herrera is running for the 23rd District Representative spot, in a runoff against the incumbent Tony Gonzales. He has this as a motto on all of his campaign posters I have seen so far. Kind of gives you an idea of his politics.

If you want his 2nd Amendment views, he made a living as a youtuber with a channel named "The AK Guy" and with a store custom making AKs for people (https://www.theakguy.com/).

Arizona rancher says he stared down barrel of AK-47 when he fired warning shots 'over the trees'

https://www.foxnews.com/us/arizona-ranc ... over-trees

Freed rancher speaks out.

Never matched the bullet to his gun.

Sounds like they never had a case and arrested him on the spot.

I hope the people who live near him vote.
