With complete respect, I'll take some exception to the title of your OP. From the article, it sounds like these guys are separatists, much like the GFAZ, CHAZ, and other "____ Autonomous Zone" folks who are all trying to declare that they are not part of the United States, and therefore not subject to it's laws. They do not represent the 2A community, and the only commonality they have with us is that they happen to own some firearms.

Unlike the Jan 6 riot, these are actual examples of "insurrections", but since most of them are being done by extremists on the left, the media refuses to cover them as such.

So it’s not white separatists that is the focus of federal law enforcement. It is the “Rise of the Moors” who were arrested. They could be white separatists, but I don’t think they are.

I didn’t mean to offend by my headline, any thing like this is going to create more problems for law abiding gun owners. “Us”Massachusetts doesn’t need to be any more riled up than they already are.

Their big mistake was running away from police into the woods.
Up until then they probably had a pretty good second amendment case with SCOTUS.

They had broken no laws. Except MA illegal gun laws. The police stop was because they were broken down on the side of the road.

Are they required to show licenses in that case?

Not sure what their motive was? Publicity? They got it.
