Not unless Joseph Kennedy was hired by them.
Joseph Kennedy II, 67, of Okmulgee, Oklahoma, was being held without bond Friday at the Volusia County Branch Jail, where he has been since his arrest Tuesday when he was stopped driving a stolen truck he said belonged to a friend, the affidavit stated.

I know you shouldn't judge people by their looks but they didn't look like upstanding citizens. Hanging out at an abandoned house? You can bet it was drug related.

Thanks to Joe Biden, drug cartel members are now all over the country! There is no place where they don't exist any more.
