3 suspects dead in home invasion

The home owners son shot and killed 3 home invaders with an "assault rifle". Two of the suspects were armed with a knife and brass knuckles.

I wondered how long it would be until a liberal media source picked this up and started wondering about whether the defense use of a very lethal high powered semi automatic black finished rifle with a large capacity removeable magazine was legal.

Especially since the unauthorized visitors were in their teens and it would qualify as a mass murder in many Eastern and Western states.

No doubt the black masks, black clothes and black gloves with knives and brass knuckles are just their normal dress.

Homeowners just need to be more understanding that not everyone in America now has the same values and should use less lethal forms of dispute resolution when they find themselves hopelessly outnumbered like this.

Rule 1. Don't take brass knuckles to a gunfight.

It should be a defense to prosecution when a homeowner sincerely attempts to give out participation trophies but honestly miscalculates the delivery method and caliber of said trophies, as expected by the yout's. This was a cultural misunderstanding, plain and simple.
