The vehicle kept driving south until it hit another vehicle, police said. At that point, the suspect, who was "displaying imitation firearms," got out of the vehicle and was shot by responding officers, authorities said.

Didn't this type of attack occur in NYC just this past May? It is dangerous to be a pedestrian or biker in NYC. So, why does NY and California want to be sanctuaries?

It is unlikely that ISIS will claim responsibility if this was theirs. They consider it a failure if the attacker lives and is captured, therefore not becoming a martyr in their eyes.

They have distanced themselves from such attacks in the past, despite later evidence proving that it was an ISIS "soldier".

I was even a truckowner once, I had a license for it..
I support the right to own a truck, but .... but .... but we need to limit the capacity and put governors on the motors to limit their speed, that's a loophole, yeah more government that's the answer
