I think this is the same case.

In addition I believe Trump ordered that the Seals confinement be upgraded. I think this is also the same case.

I believe this all goes back to Obama’s rules of engagement.

In March, President Trump tweeted that he ordered him moved to less restrictive confinement. But it looks like his CO is defying his CIC and the Constitutional rights of the accused with regards to privileged communications with his attorneys:

With what I have seen reported and what I know to this point, I still do not think he should be charged with a crime.

NCIS investigator accused of misconduct in war crimes case.

Sounded like, let’s go after this guy, ignore any evidence that contradicts our goal, and hide it from the defense.

Funny when I did this search I figured there would be hundreds is articles about it. Instead nothing but “New Charges Against Seal Chief of Murdering Afghan Civilian”
To try and cover up this new accusation.

Apparently lots of witnesses is really one or two, both of whom he had disciplined before. Many other said they were coerced into saying things that were not true or did not say. All want immunity from prosecution, so they can tell the truth.

Leroy Gethro Gibbs just slapped someone on the back of the head.

It sure does sound like they’re trying to railroad the accused.

Our military has a long history of eating their own. Trust me, I've seen it from the inside.

Judge has ordered Chief Gallagher released from pretrial custody due to misconduct of prosecutors. His attorneys have requested the case be dismissed due to the misconduct. The judge has not ruled on that motion yet. Trial is set for June 10th.

A decorated Navy SEAL facing a murder trial in the death of an Islamic State prisoner was freed Thursday from custody after a military judge cited interference by prosecutors.
The unexpected move drew gasps from those at a hearing in a San Diego courtroom in which lawyers for Special Operations Chief Edward Gallagher sought to get the case dismissed for prosecutorial misconduct.

Breaking news... In cross examination medic believes he killed ISIS prisoner, not Chief Gallagher.

"SEAL Team Seven Medic Corey Scott, during cross-examination in the courtroom at Naval Base San Diego, revealed he killed the fighter by asphyxiation after holding his thumb over a breathing tube that had been inserted into the militant's mouth,"

Too bad he won't get an apology for being treated worse than the illegals at the southern border.
