A Democratic DA who ran unopposed will not seek the death penalty against a man who entered a religious book store and with his gun herded a woman customer and two women employees into the back room where he shot the customer to death after she rejected his sexual advances. He is charged with one count of murder and two counts of sodomy.

The DA ran on a no death penalty platform when he ran against a hard line Democrat in the primary.

Last time I looked St. Louis had a murder rate on par with Mexico or Brazil.

https://news.yahoo.com/more-police-does ... 35563.html

St. Louis single mom runs for mayor on defund police close jail platform and wins.

More police doesn’t prevent crime.

And St Louis already has the highest murder rate in the US now.

USA Today fact checks. Police budget cuts haven’t been approved yet.

St. Louis is the third world because it has chosen to be the third world. It will get worse.

Fun thought experiment: do policies which functionally end local law enforcement improve or weaken the tax base in the areas in which they are implemented? Step 2 in "Defund the police" is "we can't afford police now that we want them back."
