TX: Woman who was setting up for Garage sale in Houston dies

Another woman drove up, gets out of her pick up truck, says a few words to the woman setting up for a garage sale, shoots her three time, stands over her after she falls to the ground and fire one more time. She then drives off.
The victim has now died in the hospital.

Sounds like an Execution to me! I'm curious if husband is some how a party to this? Wether deliberate or maybe a jealous girlfriend?
