It is never mentioned that Nipsey could not defend himself because of restrictive California gun laws.

As a law abiding citizen he just was required to die when a man with a grudge approached with an illegally carried gun.

A death by unconstitutional law. Executed by a law some mistakenly believe is required to protect him.
