The trooper shot in this incident, Moises Sanchez, died on 24 Aug.

He had been shot in the head and shoulder, but was making some rehabilitative progress when he underwent surgery to put a titanium mesh shield in his skull. He died of complications from the surgery.

They better by golly file capital murder charges on that piece of human filth that shot the officer in the first place. I feel bad for the cops family. They had hopes he would make it through and then he dies. Awful situation.
