KSWO continues to say they cannot confirm the involvement of an armed civilian.

- An armed civilian was at the scene but police say they can not confirm if he intervened before the shooter killed himself.

So they don't have it on video, and since a cop didn't see it they cannot confirm. But one article said "multiple witnesses" saw someone confront the shooter. If you are not on the government payroll....
