Interesting quote from the prosector. I think this case will quietly disappear beneath the radar.

It hasn't been a very quiet case in Indiana, where it occurred, I've been watching it. Convicted of Reckless Homicide x 3, and a couple lesser offenses. She was sentenced to 4 years prison, 3 years home detention, 3 years probation, and loss of license for (at least) 10 years.

I was referring to the case against the woman who was arrested for slapping the convicted killer.
I can't imagine any jury convicting her for slapping the person who killed three of their children.

The mother should have been given the opportunity to beat the murderer of her children to a blood pulp. Then given a medal.

The news stories do not give a good explanation of the crimes and severity of the sentencing.
In the past, I have posted my views about "hate crimes".
I believe that hate crimes are bogus and well as unconstitutional.
