John Woods was nice enough to provide a document on how to testify at these public hearings here:

And here are tips

I hope the antis don't pay to much attention to the advice:
Coming into a hearing on concealed carry and saying you "wouldn't be comfortable seeing other students with guns," for example, makes lawmakers think you aren't familiar with concealed carry
Cause I always get a chuckle when they say things like that. The darlin's just don't realize how funny they are.

I'm always uncomfortable seeing concealed things I can't see.
People who hear voices that aren't there concern me too. "rlol"

I'm glad the legislature streams these meetings for us, but it blows my mind that they're still using RealPlayer streams. There are so many better alternatives out there.

Finally got this up and running on my Android, although all the audio is coming through the left earpiece. Here's how I got there:
1. Install MPlayer for Android http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=890761
2. Launch MPlayer
3. Tap the Menu key and select "Open URL"
4. Enter the URL rtsp://realvideoe.house.state.tx.us:554/broadcast/10.20.9.35/broadcast/committee/cmte37.rm
5. Wait 10-20 seconds for the video to load

RHenriksen, the meeting is still on-going. They are still discussing HB45-Relating to the release of a property owners' association assessment lien. Parking lot bill has not been discussed as of yet.... :txflag: Install realplayer if you don't have it and follow RPB's post with the live video link to follow along. :thumbs2:

Whoops - I misread, "Committee is meeting now" as 'Committee meeting is now over'.
