Help Rebuilding Our Church

I posted in the prayer section about our church catching on fire. You can read that post here:
viewtopic.php?f=43&t=79073

We are over $300,000.00 in damages. We have insurance, but we are going to be out of pocket a little over $5,000.00 or at least we hope that will be all. We lost over half of our buildings. Unfortunately being a small congregation the deductible that we have to cover and other expenses are out of reach at this time.

We lost all of our Sunday School rooms, nurseries, church office, and fellowship hall.

I received a couple of PM's from members wanting to help and so I checked with Mr. Cotton and he gave me permission to post our Go Fund Me page here.

If you can help it would be a huge blessing. Every $1.00 will be used to rebuild our buildings. Every donation no matter our large or small will be a great investment.

Thank you in advanced for your help.

Carl

How about a donation of labor? A weekend of performing demolition might save the church a lot of money that can be used elsewhere. I would be very willing to strap on a tool belt and lend a hand for a couple of days if it would help.

Thank you for the donations.

Salty I know we could use help later as the contractors get started. The first thing they are doing is removing asbestos. I have no clue how they go about doing that. I do know they will not allow us in the buildings that are burned at this time.

Thank you to everyone who has given and prayed. Myself and some men met with a General Contractor today. Everything was coming together until the test came back positive with asbestos. We are now at a stalemate with the insurance company.

Thank you again.

Pastor,

I am tossing the asbestos discovery into the prayer list.

Things have kicked off at the church. Hopefully in about 100-130 days we will be back to normal.

Is there anyone who does interior dry wall and paint?
