It's not posted until it's approved as a substitute by the Chairman which is a formality. I've read it's okay on TPC §30.06. It adds word "concealed" in one place and nothing else is changed. That change was not necessary but it is also harmless.

I don't like the dual point of restraint requirement but that is not enough for me to not support the bill. I see it as baby steps and we can address that flaw in due time.
