If 3218 is in fact dead, I think we should do everything we can to keep 3219 from passing. To me it is an elitist bill, and a huge hypocrisy. Elected officials deserve no more rights than anyone else to defend themselves.

The other way around. OC is already dead per Lavender. CC may be but the fat lady hasn't sang yet.
