Got a 10 percent off coupon in the mail this week so went to Academy to look for a gun i wanted to buy and they didnt have it. First choice was the Beretta 92fs compact. Second choice was the Sig Sauer 320 carry. They had the 320 and told me they could get me the one with the safety but would take three day. I said ok i'll wait the three days for the one with the safety. SO, they look online in there web site and could not find the one with a safety. Was disappointed since i was ready to buy and would have saved some money. :cryin

I believe the only retail version available w/ manual safety is the Compact, the 15rd version. The Carry is the 17rd version.

Your part number, 320C-9-BSS-MS.

Unless you jump into the M17 that's releasing to retail, then you can get the Full Size slide on a Carry frame, in FDE, with thumb safety. There will be a TALO edition in black.

Thanks Scott for the info. However i went back at 5:p.m. and bit the bullet on the Sig 320 without the safety. Total out the door was 519. The price for the gun at regular price was 530 without tax included. Its the 15 round capacity mag. If i can i will get out to the range sometime this weekend for some r&r. :fire

That's a good deal. Sig 320 prices will be knocked down until the end of September. Won't see much relief on RX and X series 320s though.

The nice thing about the Compact/Carry is that you can convert one to the other w/ a Grip Module and a Mag for it.

Or, you can pick up a 17rd mag and run the XGrip sleeve over the mag to fill the gap that would be left in your Compact grip module.

Or, you could pick up an X Carry grip module for it.

And so on and so forth.

Thats neat Scott. Good options for the weapon. I'll be ordering a holster in a week or so and also a shell for the Alien Gear holster i have.

If you carry IWB, this is my favorite holster for the 320 (or for any other pistol for that matter).

Doesn't the coupon exclude firearms? The one I got excluded firearms and ammo so I threw it away.

Happy to report my range trip to American Shooting Center went very well. With all the clouds the temp out there wasn't bad at all while i was there(3-4:30 this afternoon). The new Sig p320 shoots better than i can aim. 150 rounds all on target at 10 yards.

Very good then! Enjoy your 320.

Thanks, I've been poking in here and there. Haven't had much time to shoot lately though I'm getting the bug to try IDPA / USPSA.
