looks like the Homeland Security committee will be busy tomorrow.

on the agenda are
HB 172 Relating to municipal regulation of electric stun guns, knives, and personal defense sprays.

HB 278 Relating to authorizing certain attorneys representing the state to openly carry a handgun.

HB 284 Relating to the handgun proficiency

HB 308 Relating to the places where a person may carry a handgun if the person is licensed to carry a concealed handgun

and several others, but those are the ones I've seen mentioned around here.

Yup. Tomorrow's agenda reads like a carbon copy of today's calendar. They are getting busy!

It is really good to finally see something about HB308. I hope it moves forward. To me it is one of the big 3; i.e. HB308, OC and CC.

I'm not seeing it either. I can't find what I saw last night. I'm not sure now what I was looking at. I'm starting to wonder if I was looking at yesterday's sched?

That's what I thought too! Then I double checked, and it was there(last night). Now it's not.

It must have been a glitch. That was yesterday's agenda. The Homeland Security & Public Safety Committee doesn't normally hold hearings on Wednesday.

I missed it and the archived video isn't up yet. Any new developments?

I don't think they met today.
It was on the schedule for 9.30, I was checking what was going on in another committee, and when I went back to the main page at 9.30, the HSC wasn't there.

Wait he said what?

Springer "All hospitals are gun free zones"
Did I miss a law change where other than those statutorily off limits as teaching units.. Hospitals were required to post 30.06 to restrict CC.
