SB 1296 Scheduled for State Affairs on 5-13

SB 1296 is a bill containing corrections to enacted statutes from last session - is back from the House and scheduled for a public hearing. This bill contains some non-substantive changes (punctuation, etc.) but it also has two CHL related corrections that strike the "or renew" language in GC 411.185(a) and removes 411.188(j) which allows the offering of an online course for the classroom instruction part of the proficiency examination. I don't see it on the State Affairs calendar as of today.

There it is. Thanks Joe! Could this be the only CHL related bill that gets passed this session? :waiting:
