I mostly read about the legislative stuff, don't see faces often. So standing in the first row behind Gov Abbott is Senator Estes, correct? Then Charles Cotton. Who is the tall guy in the red tie? And someone completely blotted out by the camera lense.

Yes, that's Sen. Estes. The tall guy you asked about is Rep. Fletcher who carried SB11 in the House. The tall guy behind me is John Bennett, an attorney on Sen. Estes' staff. The guy in the back left is with Red's.
And I think the guy covered by the camera lens is Rep. Phillips.
