Clery Act Data

Post by RoyGBiv » Thu Dec 18, 2014 10:51 am

I'm not certain whether there is a central location that rolls up Clery Act reporting, but every school is required to file the report and make it available to the public." onclick=";return false;

Here's the link for Texas Tech, as an example." onclick=";return false;

Unfortunately, TT reports only "statistics" without specific detail. And you have to get to page 41 of this report to find even that. ... ubbock.pdf" onclick=";return false;

UT is a bit more detailed in their reporting, but still does not provide incident level details." onclick=";return false; ... ts2013.pdf" onclick=";return false;

TSU:" onclick=";return false;

Not sure if this is helpful... I'd assume that specific incidents with names and details are more impactful.
I am not a lawyer. This is NOT legal advice.!
