...
[Deceased invader 32-year-old Terrell] Henson was one of two men who attempted the home invasion, according to state police. The second man, believed to be 36-year-old Dana Penny, was charged with homicide in Henson’s death and remained on the run Thursday.

The two men wore shirts that read “DEA” and shouted “DEA surveillance” as they rushed at Ms. Hicks while she sat on her porch, according to the complaint.
...

Pennsylvania State Police say Mr. Farley, who lives next door to his sister, Brionna Hicks, responded to her screams during the attack. Ms. Hicks told police that Henson shot Mr. Farley, who then returned fire, killing Henson.
Mr. Farley is being treated for his wound(s) and has not been charged, as of the time of the article.

I hope that wasn't EVER a consideration. Why even report that... a guy tries to help a woman under attack by multiple armed felons and he gets shot- THEN he returns fire and kills a felon/criminal/rapist/attacker/would be murderer/LEO impersonating/thug.... and it's a relief that he's not charged.

This world has become a sad place.

I actually hope the decadent lived long enough to cry out to Jesus to save him. (but was in unbearable physical pain to that point)

Another example of why "no-knock raids" should be illegal. The fact that they exist enables criminals to have similar tactis.
Would you have recognized it as an attack? How do you know a "good" raid from a fake one?

I fully support LEOs, but we really need to get that addressed.
