Officers said Stovall had crawled through a bathroom window into the home when Sweeney confronted him. It was during that confrontation Stovall was fatally shot.
"He comes into view, and BLAHM, that 9 millimeter is real loud inside the house," [homeowner Charles] Sweeney told FOX23.
Five years ago the same home owner shot one of two burglars who entered the same house. The burglars survived and are in prison.
I saw that a day or two ago. The article I saw also mentioned that he said he's escorted many folks off his property at gunpoint.
Maybe after those first guys get outta prison he'll get another shot at them if they come back.
