https://www.click2houston.com/news/home ... police-say

Houston Homeowner heard noises in his front yard at 5 am found a man asleep in his front yard.

He woke him up and things deteriorated from there.

Cooperating with the police and is not expected to be charged.

I had a similar situation only at 10 pm. I called the police, they called for an ambulance and problem went away.

Personally, I would have called the cops and kept an eye on him from inside my house. I am not saying the home owner did the wrong thing. I am just saying what I would do in that circumstance. I also believe the home owner was within his legal rights to defend himself.

My thing is what do I have to gain by going out there? I'm risking my life for what exactly? I agree, call the cops, keep an eye on them.

Love the headline:
Homeowner shoots man after finding him asleep in front yard, police say
You have to read 1/3 of the way down to find out
the stranger charged the homeowner, so the homeowner opened fire on the man, police said.
I just love our impartial press.
