IL: Chicago CCL holder shoots assailant

FOID and concealed carry cardholder shot, returns fire and shoots man in Belmont Cragin

24yo man walks up to car with another 24yo man in it and shoots him in the shoulder. Car-sittin' shootee has a CC license, pulls his own gun and shoots assailant. Both go to hospital.
