IL: Two home invaders shot dead

Waukegan, north of Chicago.

Two males tried to break into a home in a residential area around 10am. Resident was home, exchanged gun fire with the invaders and called police. police found two dead males in the front yard.

Waukegan, IL is not located in Crooked County, IL, but in Lake County, IL. So, Kim Foxx in Crooked County cannot file charges. Although, Governor Jabba the Hut may try.

Per aunt of one of the residents, two guys dressed as gas company employees "or something similar" started kicking the front door of the house. Niece opened the door a bit to see who was there, men forced their way in, niece screamed for help. Male room mate came up with a gun, at least one of the intruders was armed, gunfight, both intruders ended up on front lawn dead.

WHY would you open a door when some one is kicking it ??????? Call 911 and prepare to defend.
