HB 1126 - Immunity from civil liability for businesses that do not prohibit Concealed Carry

In other words, a business owner cannot be held liable for damages for allowing a lawful activity.

Only applies to 30.06/concealed carry.

Amen. When the right case walks into the office of the right lawyer, arguments will be made. We're better off with a statute expressly saying this argument is a loser.
