HB 3139 - Surrendering firearms for family violence

Creates county bureaucracy to track firearms surrendered due to family violence.

If a person is arrested for family violence, they must surrender any firearms (unless they are a peace officer).

The details on this bill are numerous, obfuscated and burdensome and serve to decrease freedom and increase government control.
