Found another article saying he has been charged with 4 felonies:

Phoenix police announced late yesterday that they booked the man on four criminal charges, including three felony counts of aggravated assault on police and one misdemeanor for unlawful assembly.

I love happy endings.

I have been down on the police lately about poor marksmanship but that was some fine shooting. Wish we could have seen the shooters reaction
