Course of Fire-School Safety Certification Instructor Training Class

#1

Post by BCGlocker »

What is the course of fire for the School Safety Certification Instructor Training Class? I received a PDF stating bring either a semi or a revolver (not both) and 200-rds of ammo.

Can someone recently attended the class to confirm either semi or revolver (not both)? Also, please explain the 200-rds of ammo for the qualification?

Ok, I read from the other School Safety Certification Instructor Training Class thread that only one gun is needed. Can someone explain why the 200-rd of ammo. Do we take the LTC Proficient test more than once or there are some training drills?

From what I have read in other posts, it is 50 rounds for the LTC screening which must be passed at 90% just like when you did your initial instructor qual and then it is 150 rounds in various drills which will be explained in the class and not to be shared.
